Batteries for your stuff, sun tan lotion.all those things are very expensive. If you check in any resort, they try to sell you stuff, so you can’t criticize them for it, just feel free to say no thank you. Guest services were more than accommodating and if you stay in the "preferred club" you’ll enjoy he stay better. Two very nice restaurants within 2 miles are Flora Farms and Acre, which are both worth the visit if you are a farm to table person. If you stay a week you’ll want other diversions food wise and the village and hotel district are a short cab ride or ride away. The food is very nice, but not great.really in any of these. ![]() The views are beautiful and the setting is perfect for a relaxing stay. The location is also nice, it’s a bit native and not as slick maybe as closer and in some of Cabos more developed areas, but on property is what you care about and it’s very nice. This one, with no children, give you a very adult vibe, without a young adult party atmosphere. We’ve been thru many in this category over the years, and all have different strengths. I don’t mean to demean them with "average" in the title. This truly was a fun trip that would highly recommend. ![]() Our favorite bartender was Carlos in the Preferred Club lounge. We aren't stay up all night party people by any stretch but we don't want to go to bed at 9pm either, so we were always able to find something to do. Leonardo is a great waiter so request him but be careful of the table-side tequila tasting! The nightlife was just about right for us. Food was good and our favorite was the Mexican. The beach is beautiful but not safe for swimming. If you are a beach person, do not go here however. The pool is lovely and was always the perfect temperature and the service at the pool is very good. She even knows a neat trick to keep flies away from the table. Deloris in the Seaside Grill was our favorite waiter. But to me the people are what make this resort worth it. I am not a golfer but the couple with us are and they could not have been happier with the golf facilities and design of the course. I truly found everything to be above average here. I have been to Cabo a few times, just not to this resort and I must stay that I will return soon. ![]() From the pleasant, helpful staff to the accomondations and delicious meals, this is paradise. Everyone too was very helpful, even Lucia who steadily ensured the grounds and area of the spa were in the best condition, all while smiling. We both did an 80 minute massage that made the trip even more relaxing. Connect with Fernando for the best smoothie in the area. The Market Cafe offers a buffet style breakfast and lunch that too is quite impressive. Aside from dining, the property offers many pools and the Barefoot Grill for quick eats while strolling the property. Our table was led by Leonardo who also took extra time to explain the history of dishes and answer any other questions. Delicious and truly authentic, not only was the food exceptional but so was the staff that collaborated together to ensure everyone enjoyed their experience. Again with great views of the sunset, this take on authentic mexican food did not let us down. Hiytsu, their asian influenced restaurant is in second place for us with genuine dishes with incredible flavor. A great selection of fresh seafood with views to die for of the coast and sunset. Third is their seafood restaurant Oceana. From the four, my wife and I enjoyed all of them however in ranking order, Portofino (Italian) comes in 4th as an enjoyable meal, fresh ingredients. Great service, well staffed, Very Clean resort with a delicious assortment of four primary resaturants. As before, the review is almost the same. Visited here a few months earlier with another group. ![]()
